Job Description:

The Global Technology Strategy, Innovation and Partnerships team drives technology strategy and enables innovation across the firm while ensuring that technology and business teams are meaningfully connected to the broader technology ecosystem, including strategic technology vendors, emerging technology companies (startups) and venture capital firms, with the goal of fostering best-in-class partnerships and the adoption of emerging technology.

As a Senior Technology Strategy Executive to focus on the AI, Data and Machine Learning space with the following responsibilities :

•Help drive the firmwide technology strategy across JPMC

•Build best-in-class collaborative relationships with technology vendors and the emerging technology ecosystem (including the venture capital community) in order to influence partner roadmaps and JPMC strategy
•Drive innovation across JPMC and ensure that JPMC maximizes the business benefits of adoption of market leading technology capabilities
•Influence senior business and technology stakeholders across JPMC ensuring execution on a coordinated firmwide strategy, with new innovations rapidly evaluated, piloted and then scaled firmwide where appropriate
•Build internal awareness of data and machine learning opportunities across JPMC and continue to build JPMC external perception in data and machine learning areas
•Support JPMC client facing business development activities, and partner with Strategic Investments team on private company investments which strategically align to JPMC's technology initiatives
•Develop extensive knowledge and exposure to the external AI/ML Partner Ecosystem.

  • 12+ years of business and technology experience

  • 5+ years of experience working closely with external technology vendors in the data, analytics and machine learning domains, managing complex vendor relationships to optimize business outcomes

  • Strong passion for technology and staying abreast of industry trends

  • Track record of driving strategy, partnerships and innovation

  • Technical breadth: Enterprise customer level experience with Cloud technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Data Landscape, Architecture Designs, Open Source Technologies, Industry Standards and demonstrated ability to integrate new technologies on premise as well as on the cloud


  • Market insights: Understanding of Artificial Intelligence solutions from cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Microsoft) as well as Architect Artificial Intelligence based applications, startups and partner ecosystem


  • Industry Builder: Understand capabilities of, strategically be able to work with, influence cohesively, build and grow internal and external communities and partners
