Hajoca Corporation of Lancaster, PA is looking for a driven, passionate, customer service focused individual to join our 30-member team as a Counter Salesperson. This is a full-time position, and while experience in the plumbing field is a plus, we are willing to train the right person!

Here are the abilities & skills we are looking for and the duties performed by the Counter Salesperson:

* Must have excellent customer service skills, our entire business is built on taking care of our customers

* Assist customers who are purchasing and/or picking up material at our location

* Must have excellent communication skills to be able to interact with customers and apply product solutions

* Self-starter- must be able to learn new tasks quickly and work independently

* Excellent attention to detail and performs tasks with a high level of accuracy

* Fun, easy going, "nothing is a problem" attitude

* Enjoy working as an integral part of a high functioning team, and work with a sense of urgency

* Must have the ability to recall part #'s and product descriptions to help determine the products a customer needs
