Responsibilities

A day in the life of a Patient Experience Representative at Hackensack Meridian includes:
Visit, document and report organization-specific patient and visitor compliments and concerns to nursing leadership, unit specific staff, and other departments that are part of the patient experience.
- Assist in the development, implementation of customer service and patient experience initiatives related to JFK Medical Center
- Provide continuous feedback regarding the patient's experience to improve the quality of care provided.
- Act in an advocate role for patients and their families.
- Assist with the completion of Advance Directives

Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree required
- Previous hospital experience preferred
- Proficiency in Windows-based operating software/systems
