Overview

We are looking for a creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team! The Digital Marketing Specialist will join an experienced global digital marketing team, responsible for developing and implementing effective integrated digital campaigns that drive demand generation, account engagement and qualified sales pipeline.

This role will play a role in campaign development, audience segmentation, determining the appropriate marketing channel mix, conducting A/B tests and reporting on the impact of demand generation. This ideal candidate will be a team player and work cross-functionally to expand our digital footprint, increase web traffic and improve conversion rates.

Responsibilities

Execute digital marketing programs through a variety of channels including, paid social, display and content syndication
- Use a data-driven, account-based approach to reach, engage and drive pipeline with consideration for varying personas and buying stage
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns/channels and assess against goals
- Report and actively monitor and analyze the health of marketing contribution to pipelineand conversion, program ROI, andcustomer acquisition, influence, contact acquisition and activity

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications, preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing and Demand Marketing in a technology company (B2B strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with other tools and systems such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau, Marketo, Demandbase, EpiServer, Sitecore and NetSuite is preferred.
- Experience with account-based strategies
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Creative thinker with experience in testing and experimentation
- Analytical with a focus on specific goal setting, measurement and results orientation
- Comfortable working with global stakeholders to drive results
