Ball State University's Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology is accepting applications for a part-time adjunct faculty position beginning on January 2021 and to populate our annual adjunct faculty pool for anticipated future use. All areas of specialization-i.e., policing, courts and corrections-are encouraged to apply. Instruct criminal justice courses, as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
Juris doctorate or Master's degree in criminal justice, criminology, or related field from an accredited college or university; teaching experience at a college or university, and experience using Canvas as a course management system. Authorization to work in the US Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications
Ph.D. in criminal justice, criminology, or related field from an accredited college or university; ABD; professional criminal justice experience.
