Job Description:
Responsible for site maintenance and repair including automated production equipment and facilities. Preventive maintenance and repair of both manual and automated (PLC) blending and packaging equipment for industrial chemical cleaning production.

Requirements:
- Forklift Certification
- High School Diploma (G.E.D.) may include specialized vocational courses.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be self driven; motivated individual who can work with limited supervisory.
- Perform duties with degree of highly efficiently and accuracy.
- Able to read, write and comprehend Zep business documents such as operational manuals and work orders.
- 2-3 years in maintenance experience and production, manufacturing, PLC's , Robotics or other business related experience within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose equipment problems and complete appropriate repairs in a timely manner.
- Conduct PM's of all operating equipment, including production packaging, materials transfer facilities and forklifts according to the maintenance connection task requirements.
- Minor design and operation of new/used equipment for operations improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate maintenance work records, utilizing computer management system
- Chemical waste treatment disposal
- Perform duties specified by the Supervisor.
- 3rd Shift
