POSITION SUMMARY:

MAINTAIN ACCEPTABLE ATTENDANCE IN AN LNA TRAINING COURSE, VIA HYBRID LEARNING MODEL (SKILL LAB, ONLINE AND CLINICAL MODULES. SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF COURSE WILL RESULT IN A GUARANTEED JOB PLACEMENT.

SPECIFIC ELEMENTS & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

ACCEPTED STUDENTS WILL BE HIRED AS INTERNS AND ENTER A SEVEN WEEK PAID TRAINING PROGRAM WITH NH BON LNA EXAM:

* 2 WEEKS OF ONLINE LEARNING (40 HOURS TOTAL)
* 4 WEEKS OF SKILL LABS, NURSING UNIT CLINICAL AND NH BON EXAM (90 HOURS)
* 1 WEEK NEW HIRE ORIENTATION (36 HOURS)
* 2 WEEKS ON UNIT ORIENTATION (64 HOURS)

CURRICULUM IS SPONSORED BY THE AMERICAN RED CROSS AND MODERATED BY PRH REGISTERED NURSE CLINICAL INSTRUCTORS

FLEXIBLE SHIFTS AVAILABLE POST-GRADUATION, WITH AN EXPECTED ONE YEAR POST GRADUATION COMMITMENT.
