Our St. Francis hospital is seeking a Customer Care Tech. We are looking for your experience, knowledge and patient care skills for our Transportation Department where you will be responsible for:

What You Will Be Doing:

* Accurately inventory and fill exchange, par and linen carts to provide supplies to the end user.

* Perform data entry in supply management systems to track, charge, and credit department and patient supplies/equipment.

* Receive and stock Sterile Processing Department inventory/equipment to ensure a ready supply for department use.

* Provide quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Prefer one year experience in a storeroom/warehouse setting.

* Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and basic arithmetic skills required.

* Ability to perform routine heavy lifting.
