POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for set-up, preparation and delivery of medications to patient care areas under supervision of pharmacist.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Experience in hospital pharmacy or allied health fields preferred.

EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
High School Diploma required. Current Washington State Board of Pharmacy Technician certification
