UST Global is looking for a Senior Validation Associate to build end to end business solutions and to work with one of the leading semiconductor developer in US. The ideal candidate must possess excellent background on front end and back end development technologies. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team.

* Ensure 100% of compliance in all lab management areas like HVPIP, 6S, Asset tracking, Logistics processes etc.

* Manage and coordinate lab audits as given in Lab Audit Schedule and provide timely reports

* Track and report about equipment repair items, and calibration schedules

* Track Calibration schedule and compliance

* Notify Lab manager of pending calibration, and repair needs

* Create and follow response flowchart for calibration issues.

* Coordinate equipment downtime for cal and repair Maintain high degree of EHS, IP Protection and client lab standards in the labs

* Efficient lab space planning and provide utilization reports. Enforce upkeep of all lab and work areas

* Opening/Closing checklists (Cleanliness, orderliness, supplies, etc) Interface with client logistics, EHS and Housekeeping teams for lab related activities

* Present lab status report in weekly lab sync meetings

* Present IT infrastructure health status report in weekly IT sync meetings

* Location This position is based in Hillsboro,Oregon.
