SCHEDULE: Full-time

Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center is a 133-bed facility that provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services including emergency, women's services, orthopedic, cardiac care and behavioral health services. Our surgical services include robotic-assisted technology, allowing our surgeons to operate with the tiniest incisions and with greater vision, precision and control.

Aggregates and reports on data relevant to disease specific programs in relevant committees.

Reports/participates in Quality Committee, Patient Safety Committee and associated task force committees, applicable Medical Staff Committees, and other committees as assigned.

Works with the facility clinical leadership team to assure successful survey and/or process outcomes for disease specific programs.

QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE
Required:
At least two (2) years healthcare experience in a critical care setting.

Outstanding interpersonal, written and oral communication, and problem-solving skills.

Exemplary critical thinking skills, strategic decision making skills, problem solving skills, and initiative.

Customer service abilities including effective listening skills

Strong physician relationship skills

PC skills in a Windows operating environment, specifically EXCEL, WORD, and PowerPoint.

Preferred
Previous experience in performance improvement, quality assessment.

EDUCATION
Required: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.

Preferred: BSN or equivalent, or graduate degree.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Required: Current Virginia RN Licensure
