Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin
Description:
* Ensure that equipment, floors, drains, pumps, and
hoses are being cleaned to the required sanitation
levels while utilizing cleaning chemicals in a safe
manner
* Safely operates sanitation equipment (foamers, COP
tank, floor scrubber, hoses, etc)
* Ability to learn tear down, cleaning and reassembly
of multiple different production lines.
* Prepare, measure and dispense cleaning and
sanitation chemicals following proper protocol.
* Maintain an orderly chemical storage area.
* Document sanitation records required by management.
* Adhere strictly to Sanitation Standard Operating
Procedures (SSOP) as required by federal, state,
local, and Company regulations to assure food safety
for all consumers
* Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
* Perform custodial duties as required.
* Successfully complete all required safety training.
* Responsible for meeting or exceeding all established
quality and sanitation standards
* Adhere to all policies listed in the Employee
Handbook, Safety Handbook, and Good Manufacturing
Practices (GMP s).
* Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
* Previous sanitation experience is preferred.
* Decision making and problem solving skills
* Able to follow instructions
* Able to read, write, understand and communicate the
English language
* Able to perform and understand basic math; addition,
subtraction, multiplication, division and fractions
Physical Requirements:
* In an eight hour day, an employee may:
* Stand/walk seven to eight hours.
* Have hand/finger/wrist movement frequently for 8
hours.
* Walk stairs, occasionally
* Lift objects in excess of 60 lbs., occasionally.
* Bend, squat and reach, frequently.
* Lift and carry objects weighing 25 to 50 lbs.,
frequently.
* Climb a ladder, occasionally.
* Ability to wear rain pants and jacket, hard hat,
face shield, steel toed sanitation boots, safety
glasses, chemical resistant gloves, hair net, etc.
* Employee may use hands/fingers/wrists for:
* Writing, lifting, pushing and pulling equipment,
wiping, sweeping, washing, operating equipment and
disassembling and assembling equipment.
Environmental Conditions
* Temperatures may vary between 30 100oF.
* Hot, humid, wet and damp.
* Work outside, occasionally.
* Work inside, frequently.
