Job Description

What Would You Do?

• Ensures the accurate and timely cash posting of assigned checks to reconcile the daily deposit.

• Accesses Payer Explanation of Benefits for application of posting.

• Identifies any issues or concerns in the cash posting process and or application.

• Delivers exceptional customer service.

• Reviews and processes credit balances due to insurance/customer.

• High school degree or equivalent.


• Must have 2 years experience in medical cash posting


• Excel, Web Browsing, and Data Entry experience required.


• POS system experience preferred.


• Ability to listen and understand instructions.


• Strong verbal/written communication abilities; effective interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail.


• Approaches all encounters with customers and co-workers in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.


• Strong sense of urgency; ability to execute quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.


• Must have 2 years experience in medical cash posting


• Excel, Web Browsing, and Data Entry experience required.


• POS system experience preferred.
