JOB SUMMARY:

The Wealth Management Trust Internship allows current students to enhance their education with hands-on experience within the Financial Services industry.  Seacoast Bank’s Wealth Management Department will provide an opportunity to learn about the functions of a Trust department, as well as spending time with our experienced team of Trust professionals. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Enrolled in either the Administrative Assistant Certificate or Paralegal Programs


• Focused, detail-oriented, and a high level of emotional intelligence.


• Demonstrated track record of initiative


• Strong technology, research, and organizational skills


• Enjoys working in a team environment, but can also function well individually


• Confident, poised and professional in appearance


• Capable of taking on creative challenges and tight deadlines

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Assist with filing of client information, writing memos, and preparing presentation materials.


• Assist with the Settlement of Estates, including correspondence with creditors and attorney’s.


• Responsible for performing general account maintenance and follow-up on pending issues.
