The Technical Writer and Digital Accessibility Specialist position serves as a user advocate. Employee creates how-to documents for product users - both end-user clients, editors and creators, and internal staff educating and supporting the end-user clients. Employee evaluates accessibility of digital products developed by department, and occasionally assists in remediation. Technical Writer and Digital Accessibility Specialist creates and provides training, hosts workshops on internally created products and accessibility. Duties also include testing software products for functionality and accessibility compliance
