Job Description:
A company in Bartlett, IL is looking for a Process Technician (Injection Molding) for a 1st shift opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Setup, troubleshoot, and monitor injection molding machines and related equipment.
- Perform all levels of maintenance on existing dies, tools, molds, etc.
- Train operators in running production jobs, monitoring their rates and parts quality.
- Check parts for dimensions and proper finish against prints.
- Troubleshoot all levels of tool and die problems in the tool room and at the machine.
Qualifications:
- Must have previous Injection Molding experience.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and materials.
- Experience in a production manufacturing environment.
- High School or GED Diploma
- Must be self-directed and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
You should be proficient in:
- Blueprint Reading
- Quality inspection
- PLC troubleshooting
- Mechanical Troubleshooting
