Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) will use their recruitment experience and candidate evaluation skills to identify viable candidates for clients, and manage the recruiting, onboarding and engagement processes for the branch or accounts assigned. They will work with various ERP, job boards, and applicant tracking systems. This role will build and maintain relationships with the client hiring managers to source and onboard candidates effectively as well as being responsible for creating and managing recruitment resources. Duties also include database and technology management.

*Requisition Management

oResponsible for the management and fulfillment life cycle of all work orders

oManage the system maintenance of requisitions as assigned

oManage the communication process with all end users in the selection and placement cycle

oManage the job postings and social media activity of job orders and strategic branding

oManage Core Competency requisitions and pipelines

oWork with Client to develop relationships, profiles, recruiting strategies, etc.

*Systems Management

oUtilize internal Account Management System, Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP) as well as third party technologies like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) where applicable

oUtilize JobScience and StaffSuite to track candidates and Ambassadors, Expedite timekeeping system

oCreation, tracking and management of job postings, utilizing job boards and social media sites

oManage fulfillment process: intake process, selection process, placement process

oVerify eligibility of candidate utilizing E-verify or manual I9 document

oEnter and maintain client, ambassador and operational data

oProvide start information and on boarding for Ambassadors

oManage data integrity to meet compliance of account and the Roth organization

oVMS tool management when required

*Recruiting Process Management

oConduct Process Adapt meetings and intake calls, creating recruitment and position profiles

oMeet PAR activities for interviews

oCreate job profiles

oSource candidates for current requisitions as well as core competency positions

oScreen and qualify candidates utilizing resume boards like CareerBuilder and LinkedIn as well as initial phone screening

oEvaluate candidate skill proficiency

oConduct professional interviews, in person or utilizing video technology tools

oPresent qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner

oFacilitate Reference Checks

oFacilitate Background Checks including drug, criminal and credit depending on the position

oFacilitate negotiations between candidates and hiring managers

oWork with Client to develop relationships, profiles, recruiting strategies, etc.

*Onboarding

oGenerate pre and post-hire documentation

oDevelop standardized and site-specific orientation

oConfirm pre-hire screenings

oCoordinate pre and post-hire processes

- A minimum of 2 years recruiting experience, highly preferred.

- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.

- Strong screening ability for a variety of positions.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Some experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.

- Must be proficient in the following computer applications:

o MSWord

o MS Excel

o MS PowerPoint

o MS Outlook

o Internet Explorer

o Windows
