Job Description:

Function:
Talent Development Partner will develop and deliver engaging training programs to all employees and will actively support our business units in seeking new hires. The ideal candidate will have an interest in pursuing a career as a Recruiter/Trainer and is passionate about developing others.
Essential duties:
- Coordinate all operations for recruiting and onboarding programs, including travel, updated program content, guest speakers, and communications.
- Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
- Create presentations, job descriptions, spreadsheets and other documentations and training projects as needed.
- Comfortable in small to mid-group training sessions delivering presentations.
- Administer Sales Trainee Program
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of training, recruiting and onboarding plans.
- Develop a pipeline of candidates
- Coordinate between HR, Marketing and Training Dept
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of related onboarding/recruiting and training experience.
- MS-Office skills required.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills required.
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of work.
- Ability to travel and maintain a flexible work schedule.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
