The PTC Field Organization and the PTC Partner ecosystem are growing and extending with a broader and deeper set of needs in technical enablement. The PTC Portfolio is continuously getting larger generating new needs of expertise for technical roles. The role is to manage instances of the PTC New Project Introduction (NPI) process for the Field Technical Enablement (FTE) ensuring its 'right on time, right on quality' and its overall consistency.

You will belong to the FTE branch of the Field Enablement team. FTE defines, organizes and delivers technical learning solutions for both internal and partners. - 'Technical' meaning 'How to use' the PTC solutions and 'How to set up' its related IT systems - Today, virtual is the standard.

Day-To-Day:

* For each and every new release of PTC products, you will run a NPI process to enable the Field before the official launch.
* One of your main activities will be to run and optimize these NPI processes with a deep coordination between PTC stakeholders, a programmatic communication and a systematic Data / KPIs gathering.
* The large diversity of Products requires organization and optimization.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
* Strong Sense of organizing, orchestrating tasks and people at any level in the organization
* Ability to build and extend network amongst PTC
* Presentation skills
* Ability to work under limited supervision

Preferred Experience:

* 3+ years proven Experience in Software Project Management (scoping, planning, aligning, executing)
* A technical experience around PTC IoT or PLM solutions

Basic Qualifications:

* Master of Science (IT, Mechanical Engineering) / Master of Business Administration
* University Degree in IT, Mechanical Engineering
