Responsibilities

Creates and develops design concepts and specifications that optimize the function, ergonomics, perceived value and appearance of physical hardware products and systems for product consumers and end users
- Partners with internal and external marketing and design groups to research and analyze design trends and customer feedback for incorporation into product enhancements, new product design and overall design language and strategy
- Produces and validates product design specifications and production requirements with insourced and outsourced manufacturing and engineering groups
- Support and maintain a positive safety culture by being an active leader in all safety program initiatives
- Other duties as required

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or Product Design required.
- Minimum three years of industrial design and/or product design experience required.
- Experience with Solidworks required.
- Portfolio/work samples to be submitted upon application.
