This is a new permanent fulltime LPN role in our Employee Health Department. The right candidate is willing to work some nights or weekends if/as needed.

Main Focus will be Covid testing in LTC and Employee Health Department and management of information.

Tasks: Answering cell phone. Responding to emails and general questions from employees.

- Assisting with Covid testing

- Covid Pay related questions

- General Policy Questions related to Covid

- Managing Covid Travel Agreements

- Gather information through Meditech and NSO to assist RN staff in Contact tracing of potential staff exposures

- Assist RN with Contact tracing process

- Assist RN with Communication with Infection prevention and Local Public Health Offices by phone, email and text in regards to exposures as needed

- Maintain documentation of information in regards to Calls, Exposures, Travel and Testing related to covid

- Assist RN staff with management of other covid related tasks as needed.

Graduate of an LPN Program. Previous acute care or clinical family practice experience preferred. Demonstrates active committee participation and leadership. Organizational ability. Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Current NY LPN license. Certified CPR.
