Summary:

This position is responsible for partnering with product and service leadership, sales and client facing teams to shape and drive thought leadership, demand generation, and sales cycle materials for Epiq Legal Solutions’ products and services. This position will successfully support the launch of new products and services by developing clear go-to-market strategies, creating compelling messaging and supporting the development of impactful content. Marketing plans will include demand generation activities—such as event participation, digital marketing, and performance marketing—and internal and client-facing sales activation materials.

Responsibilities:



  • Create marketing plans to support the launch of new products and manage the cross-functional implementation of these marketing plans.




  • Understand competitive landscape and solutions, and develop strategies, positioning and messaging that differentiates our products and services in the marketplace.




  • Create sales materials and tools for new and existing products that support the selling process and communicate the value proposition, including sell sheets, presentations, case studies, demos, benchmarks, whitepapers and blogs.




  • Oversee creation of tools that support the broader client experience, including client onboarding materials and ongoing client communications (including quarterly business review templates and a monthly client newsletter).




  • Assist with building and delivering content for sales enablement trainings.




  • Work with globally located regional marketing managers in APAC and EMEA to ensure new materials are regionalized and available to global sales team members.



Qualifications:



  • Approximately 5+ years of work experience in product management, product marketing or experience in the legal/technology industry.




  • Proven analytical abilities and critical thinking. Demonstrated ability to develop creative and non-traditional solutions.




  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to translate technology features into business benefits.




  • Strong organizational, prioritization, project management and time management ability with a deadline focus.




  • Proven ability to develop and execute on creative marketing programs.




  • Strong business acumen and the ability to forge and maintain relationships.




  • Strong technical skills and experience.




  • Demonstrated problem solving ability and attention to detail to deliver high quality output.




  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus.
