Seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist for our practice who provides clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. In this role you will:

* Perform direct patient care within the scope of Physical Therapy Practice Act, with emphasis on processes and patient outcome.

* Perform age specific patient assessments, care planning and treatments for appropriate care setting: Acute care, Inpatient Rehab, and/or Outpatient as assigned.

* Create an environment and culture that enables Therapy Services to fulfill the mission of the Hospital and meet or exceed its goals.

QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy

* Current Texas PT licensure

* Current Healthcare Provider BLS issued by the American Heart Association required

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

* One year experience is preferred.
