REGISTERED NURSE SUPERVISOR RN OPERATING ROOM
FULL TIME, NO WEEKENDS

Assures the delivery of professional nursing care within assigned department by assessing, planning, organizing, directing and evaluating nursing care provided to all patients; collaborates with the Surgical Services Educator in education and training of all department staff both in the initial implementation phase and on an ongoing basis; develops staff by department specific needs assessment, development of goals and objectives, implementation methods, evaluation measures; develops, maintains and interprets policy and procedures; maintains fiscal responsibility for department.
