POSITION SUMMARY:
Supervisory position responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision to agency staff with the purpose of assisting children, adolescents and their families to reduce symptoms and to improve functioning. Supervisor is responsible for clinical case consultation and direction to supervisees, oversight of supervisees clinical documentation and maintaining a client caseload following established treatment guidelines and agency policies and procedures. Independently completes intakes and develops treatment plans. Provision of clinical and case management services to a diverse population of consumers, families, and groups, in coordination with appropriate community resource representatives. Is familiar and skilled with a variety of theoretical treatment models and interventions to a diverse population. Must have good communication skills and ability to work within a team setting. Has comprehensive knowledge and ability to adhere to managed care clinical and fiscal practices.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Three (3) years of paid experience providing mental health services as a Mental Health Professional.
Previous experience in a leadership or a supervisor role required.

EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Meets WAC 388-865-0150 as a Child Mental Health Specialist.
Current licensure as Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, and/or Social Worker.
Master s Degree in psychology, social work or related field
Current Washington State Drivers License; and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state
