Culinary and Nutrition Manager

What will you be doing and how will you make a difference at American Senior Communities?

• Making a difference in the lives of the patients we serve by providing them care and compassion


• Acting as a positive teammate to fellow employees by helping onboard new teammates.


• Supervises food preparation using techniques that conserve nutritional value, flavor, appearance to adhere to resident assessment needs.


• Orders food economically and efficiently from sources approved by Federal, State, or local authorities.  Maintain inventory supplies efficiently and ensure secure storage areas.
  


• Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience as Certified Dietary Manager.


• Certification in a Dietary Manager Course or Associates in Culinary/Hospitality Management. 


• Customer Service focused and the ability to demonstrate the core values listed above is a must!
