Our Mechanic is responsible for repairing and maintaining company equipment and handling any minor fleet maintenance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
REPAIR AND MAINTAIN EQUIPMENT: Completes regular and timely maintenance on the company’s equipment (predominantly Isuzu diesel box trucks) and tools so they operate safely and are fully functional for production crews when they need them. Executes preventative maintenance plan on equipment and tools.
MINOR FLEET MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR: Ensures fleet is DOT compliant. Assists with yearly vehicle inspections.
VENDOR COORDINATION: Assists with vendor coordination to ensure fleet, equipment, and tools are repaired and maintained in a timely manner. Ensures all paperwork is done completely and accurately and given to the appropriate departments/teams.
FABRICATOR: Fabricates equipment to operate safely and ensure they are fully functional.
WAREHOUSE HELP: assists in shipping and receiving as needed.
WHAT YOU NEED
MINDSET: Desire to challenge the status quo to redefine the construction industry.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years prior mechanic experience with diesel vehicles and construction equipment (predominantly small bobcats), and compliance with DOT fleet requirements. Ability to weld for minor modifications, and basic computer skills.
REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the requirements of the Motor Vehicle Record & DOT driving requirements, background check, and drug test. Ability to travel 10% of the time for necessary maintenance. Predominantly to Springfield, MO & Omaha, NE.
