The TM Implementation Coordinator (IC) plays the primary role in the successful onboarding of services for our corporate and commercial clients. The IC works directly with TM client and internal associates to navigate through all the setup requirements for each Treasury Management product and service with the expectation that each and every service meets the needs of our TM client. A highly technical skill with the ability to effectively communicate with transparency in a team environment are requirements of a successful Treasury Management Implementation Coordinator.

Ideal candidate will also possess the following skills:

• A strong technical aptitude on all TM products and service.


• Ability to communicate with all levels of bank management on client needs and implementation expectations.


• Effective project management, implementation transparency, and well managed change control.

• Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products and services


• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues


• Ability to communicate with business clients on complex technical solutions


• Ability to use a project management philosophy and approach to each product implementation


• 3-5 years of experience in business banking products and services


• Proficient in using internet browsers


• Strong attention to detail


• Works independently using standard practices and procedures
