Position Title: Microsoft Dynamics Developer - 6E


 


Position Summary:


The Microsoft Dynamics developer will play a key role in delivering Crown Castle’s next generation IT service and Customer Relationship Management platforms.  The role’s primary responsibilities are to design, implement and support Dynamics forms, flows and integrations with other systems. This individual should also be proficient in the Power Platform and have experience in utilizing other components of the Power Platform to support our Microsoft Dynamics implementation.  The individual will participate in all phases of the development life cycle.  The Microsoft Dynamics developer will provide hands-on technical expertise to develop code, integrations, enhancements and architecturally sound solutions that will support the transformation to the entire customer engagement Dynamics suite.


 


Responsibilities



  • Design and deliver technical solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 online platform in accordance with Microsoft and Crown Castle best practices, this includes leveraging other aspects of the Power Platform when required.

  • Design and implement plugins and customizations in JSON, C#, and typescript.

  • Create custom components with the Power Apps component framework to enhance user experience.

  • Recommend and evaluate design solutions based on experience and best practices.

  • Collaborate with the team on the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement suite including Sales, PSA and Field services.

  • Extend Microsoft Dynamics through the creation of new forms, workflows and reports.

  • Perform configurations and customizations, data migration, environment management, and user/group management.

  • Perform administration, security administration, performance monitoring, documentation, and technical support of the Microsoft Dynamics D365 platform and integrations.

  • Design business processes and data flows and support the development of integrations (leveraging REST/SOAP frameworks) between Microsoft Dynamics D365 applications and other 3rd party applications.

Education/Certifications  




  •  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline

  • Microsoft Dynamics D365 certifications preferred

 


Experience/Minimum Requirements  



  • Five (5) + years of experience in developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics D365 and the Power Platform

  • Proven experience with workflow design, custom configuration, dashboard development, and custom development within Microsoft Dynamics D365

  • Knowledge of Office 365 platform including Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and Azure ecosystem 

 


Working Conditions: Works in a normal office setting with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions.  During COVID19 conditions, this role will work remotely to mitigate risk.
