Part Time Concierge - M/Tu 3p - 7p & Sa/Su 2p - 7p
Job Summary:
This position requires that you accept the responsibility for the delivery of receptionist and general clerical duties to other team members. Your primary responsibility is answering multi phone lines, writing correspondence in the computer, copying, faxing, inventory of office supplies, monitoring the postage machine, updating the resident apartment and phone number list, maintaining daily census, greeting and screening of associates and visitors. Understanding the Life Line System and knowing how to direct an emergency call.
Essential Job Functions:
• Answer phones; greet residents & visitors in a friendly professional
manner.
• Assist residents with their questions and needs
• Faxing, copying and filing
• Inventory and ordering of office supplies
• Update resident apartment and phone number list
• Arrange transportation for residents.
• Complete inquiry sheets for prospective residents
• Maintain marketing brochures and updating them as needed
• Aware of daily census including residents in hospital, new move ins or
move outs
• Understanding the Life Line System and how to direct an emergency call
• Take maintenance work orders and pass along to Director or Maintenance
• Schedule hair and nail appointments for residents
• Provide administrative support as requested
