We are looking for a full-time ERP Application Analyst (MES) for our headquarters in the greater Kansas City area. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite applications as well as other business applications.
Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and support Oracle eBusiness Suite applications that focus on Garmin purchasing, discrete manufacturing and outbound shipping processes, as well as other business applications
Work with Operations team and IT team to implement and support applications and solutions for manufacturing
Gather and document detailed requirements, design functional solutions, customize and configuration applications, identify and execute advanced test scenarios and support solution deployment – for Oracle eBusiness Suite Applications, and other applications
In addition to analyst responsibilities, at times serve as a project manager for small/medium sized projects or tasks, performing project planning, timeline creation & tracking as projects move forward
Troubleshoot issues, find their root cause, and any necessary corrective actions to resolve them permanently
Perform research using tools such as myOracleSupport, Implementation guides, white papers as well as others, as appropriate
Serve as a mentor to less experienced Application Analysts
Demonstrate high quality and effectiveness in work documentation and organization

Qualified candidates possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business or another relevant field AND a minimum of 5 years relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of experience and education. Other requirements include:
Demonstrates mastery of project management principles and adapts practices to meet rapidly changing business climates and needs
Demonstrated experience in successful implementation of technology solutions
Desired experience with one or more of the following areas
Any 3rd party or home-grown Manufacturing execution systems (MES)
Oracle Supply Chain (Procurement, Order Management, Shipping, WMS)
Experience using IT tools such as JIRA, Confluence
Experience with PL/SQL(Programming Language/Structured Query Language)
Experience working in a team environment are highly preferred.
