Job Description:

PAPÉ KENWORTH NORTHWEST – MARYSVILLE, WA

 

SERVICE ADVISOR / WRITER – NIGHT SHIFT: Duties include greeting customers, initial check in and first update with customer, preparing quotes for additional repairs, and initiating and maintaining a high level of contact with customers, sales staff, and technicians. Will also assist the shop supervisor in workflow and maintaining of work orders. 

Basic computer knowledge as well as knowledge of Word and Excel required. Must have the ability to learn new business systems. Knowledge of Class 6, 7 and 8 trucks preferred. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Position will work Monday through Friday, 2:30pm - 11:00pm.
