Position Summary:


This position is responsible for ClickSafety’s B2B Marketing strategy.


Responsibilities:



  • Ownership of technical lead qualification/flow on marketing platforms via Microsoft Dynamics/HubSpot

  • Drive B2B marketing/sales campaigns, aligning with strategic goals and market needs

  • Build and drive content marketing strategy and initiatives that deliver sales and customer retention

  • Own and track B2B ROI for all initiatives, focusing on areas of opportunity, leverage data insights, driving automation and accountability, reporting on performance in converting leads to opportunities and customers

  • Develop/maintain knowledge of ClickSafety products and competitive landscape to create collateral, content and marketing efforts that produces improved customer conversion

  • Champion of events and conferences via coordination with an event agency; including pre/post marketing, event calendar, ROI, event logistics, invoicing, improvement opportunities, sponsorships, giveaways and onsite presence when needed

  • Proactive collaboration with B2C Marketing, SMEs, Product and Sales teams to drive overall profitability and engagement

 


Education & Experience:



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

  • Five+ years of experience in B2B marketing.

 


Skills & Abilities:



  • Understand complex corporate wide marketing and sales systems, their interdependencies and how alignment is necessary to create the desired business impact

  • Deep technical expertise in marketing platforms, as well as well-rounded knowledge of digital marketing programs

  • Proven experience with HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics, with Google Analytics experience being a plus

  • Ability to think strategically and exercise insightful judgement, anticipating downstream impacts from decisions

  • Ability to align with Sales and Products teams, creating innovative marketing and content campaigns to drive B2B growth and engagement

  • Experience with most recent B2B marketing best practices, including the digital landscape and attributing marketing efforts to ROI

  • Understanding of Content Management Systems (Magento preferred)

  • Excellent follow-through and a passion for high-quality work output, as well as time management and organization skills

 


Other Requirements (Travel, Shifts, Physical Demands, etc.):



  • Travel to trade shows or conferences is included, 10-25%

  • Ability to check on social channels outside of business hours if needed
