1. Monitor product quality and process control parameters per operating instructions and control plans, make adjustments

and document as required. 2.Maintain all process equipment per startup and shutdown procedures, ODS, checklists,

and PM’s as required. 3. Stops the flow of production to correct quality issues and document any findings and/or

adjustments on designated form(s). 4. Completes job change set up sheets Maintains a process log. 5. Works with the

Quality department to improve process control. 6. Trouble-shoots processing problems including normal adjustments

and checks of injection molding machines. 7. Sets machines to process books. 8. Assures scrap issues are addressed

and fixed in a timely manner. 9. Assure all safety and housekeeping procedures are followed. 10. Ensure all process

equipment and work areas are clean and free from safety hazards. 11. Contact Maintenance for applicable equipment

issues/non-conformances. 12. Mentor team members in first level process troubleshooting per product control plans/

PFMEA’s, startup/shutdown procedures, and material change over. 13. Facilitate communication between other

Technicians regarding process improvements and troubleshooting. 14. This job description in no way states or implies that

Education

High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years’ experience in related role; or technical degree

Work Experience

3 years related Manufacturing processing experience; automotive preferred; fast paced manufacturing environment

preferred; experience with robotics preferred
