Working as a Senior Administrative Assistant in the Department of Oncology, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative support for the Department.

You will also:

* Provide administrative support for overall office activities including the reception area, mail, purchasing requests and office facilities

* Formulate Database(s) for record keeping of daily, weekly and monthly and provide reports.

* Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

* Coordinate office activities and special projects and work along specified lines that requires experience, personal responsibility and initiative

* Work with daily routine along with a certain amount of responsibility for dealing with minor matters without close supervision

* Must be organized, a self-starter and able to multi-task

* High school diploma or GED required

* Four (4) years of administrative support experience required

* Experience must involve e-mail, word processing and typing correspondence and reports, data entry, bookkeeping, preparing presentations and filing

* Database experience preferred
