Your day
As a Dental Assistant you need to know how to: Work collaboratively as a team member to ensure the dental clinic operates efficiently
Provide friendly and courteous communication with patients; prepare the patient for dental treatment
Efficiently assist with sterilization, performing dental x-rays, and preparing for dental procedures
Effectively provide chair side assistance with all aspects of dental care to include, but not limited to: restorative dentistry, oral surgery, and orthodontia
Accurately document patient treatment
Effectively communicate with fellow team members
May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need
Your experience

But we also expect excellence, which is why we require: High School Diploma or equivalent, required Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association, required Experience working in a safety net dental clinic or public health agency, preferred Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, preferred Your next move
