IES Residential is looking for an office clerk in Grapevine, TX.

Duties will include

* Process paperwork for new single family construction

* Process and maintain purchase orders

* Help process A/R and A/P

* Maintain office filing and storage systems

* Type documents, reports and correspondence

* Monitor and maintain office supplies

* Handle duties as assigned by manager

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Previous experience preferred but candidates without experience will be considered

* Competent computer skills including MS Office (Experience with MS Excel required)

* Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection

* Must be able to work in close quarters with other workers

* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

* Team Player

* Valid Driver's License

* Previous construction background a plus
