Duties & Responsibilities:


* Perform work in accordance with documented procedures in Traveler package.
* Ensure product inspection criteria are observed and implemented throughout work shift.
* Ensure timely arrival at work station and follow posted break and lunch schedules.
* Follow department work schedule such that machine coverage ensures continuity in production.
* Follow department procedures related to dress code and proper handling of product.
* Track production, scrap, downtime, and machine adjustments that have been performed.
* Stop production and inform supervisor when product does not meet specifications.
* Document production on forms provided to enable accountability.
* Demonstrate care in the use of calibrated measuring instruments provided for the performance of job function.
* Ensure proper function of all tools provided for the inspection and production of product.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
* Observe all safety requirements in the work area.
* Follow good housekeeping practices in work area at all times.
* Have knowledge of ISO procedures and Quality policy.
* Control non conformances to prevent unintended shipment.
* Ensure all product not meeting specifications are segregated and properly marked.


* High School diploma or equivalent
* Demonstrated ability to follow documented procedures and processes
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
* Desire to be part of a motivated and energetic team
* Good communication skills both verbal and written
* Bilingual communications skills a plus
