We currently have one opening for a Service Agent at our Honolulu, Hawaii location.  Efficient and timely handling of customer materials and shipments while adhering to all FAA, TSA, Customs, and DHL company policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities:
 

• Provides Customer Service, sales and operational support for the service center


• answers phones and greet visitors


• Resolves billing discrepancies in relation to the service center


• Researches shipment tracking requests and provides feedback attempts to resolve misplaced shipments


• communicates with sales/service to resolve customer problems


• Assist with operational procedures including sorting,loading/unloading activities,shipment processing and documentation, manifesting bagging, sending shipment status information and accepting/securing over-the counter payments


• dispatches pick-up and delivery information in a timely and efficient matter;arranges daily pick-up schedules


• May process or prepare import/export documentation and assist in the customs clearance process in some markets 

Key Requirements:

▪ HS diploma or GED required
▪ 1 year experience in ramp operations, airline or warehouse environment
▪ Intermediate service, production, or support role having greater responsibility to perform all (or most) of the standard   work within the function
▪ Must pass FAA and TSA background and security checks to acquire a SIDA badge
▪ Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
