The business process manager will lead our business system improvement projects. He/she will operate with the support of a business systems steering committee and work closely with members of the business teams and the IT teams to understand and prioritize business requirements and deliver IT solutions to meet those needs and bring value. The position will drive systems improvement projects from concept to completion: Analyze needs, understand and develop systems capabilities, optimize processes, implement technical designs and procedures, and train end-users.
