WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Guest Experience Specialist (GES) is an inside sales position responsible for selling automobiles. Primary focus will be on developing new business both through internal guest traffic, incoming phone calls and internet inquiries. The GES will be responsible for managing all phases of the sales process from initial inquiry through delivery of the automobile. This position requires a self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual.  The GES will be responsible for attaining sales goals and communicating progress toward those goals with Team Leader(s). The GES must be able to communicate what differentiates Bergstrom from other organizations and must build guest loyalty by achieving guest satisfaction on every sale.
