What do you get to do in this position?

The Schneider Development Program - Finance is a leadership experience for top May/June 2021 undergraduates interested in a career in Finance. In this program, you will have the opportunity to move through three rotations over the first three years of your career with Schneider Electric, spending one year in each rotation/location. Rotations in this program include Global Supply Chain Finance, Solutions & Commercial Finance, and Financial Planning & Analysis (CoE).

The goal of the program is to attract top financial-minded talent to develop future Finance leaders through an accelerated learning environment with an emphasis on leadership development and high performance. These rotations will allow you to gain a broad range of experience in career paths in Finance before finding your permanent role following the program.

In the Finance Development Program, you will gain:


  • High exposure to executives

  • Various experiences in Corporate Finance to get a feel for which job best fits you

  • Mentorship and networking with Managers and Leaders

Locations can include:


  • Franklin, TN

  • Carrollton, TX

  • Seneca, SC

  • Schaumburg, IL

  • Smyrna, TN

  • Lexington, KY

  • El Paso, TX

  • Columbia, SC

  • Columbia, MO

This job might be for you if:


  • Are a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related area.

  • Have internship experience or work experience in the Finance field.

  • Have good communication and presentation skills and enjoy leading a team to come up with innovative solutions to challenges.

  • Have a drive to learn about the Electrical Industry.

  • You enjoy building relationships with customers/team members and are seeking to develop leadership skills.

  • Are mobile and willing to relocate for both the program duration and post-program role assignment. Must be available to start in June 2021.
