From smartphone capabilities like Digital Key to connected rooms that allow for integrated entertainment, temperature and lighting controls, Hilton's Global Technology team is responsible for creating the hospitality experience of the future - for our guests, owners and Team Members. Through innovative technology development and deployment, this team ensures Hilton has the technology needed to support our continued global growth while remaining at the forefront of hospitality technology innovation.

What will I be doing?

Are you skilled with juggling multiple digital/creative web projects? Are you an excellent storyteller? If so, this could be the role for you. Software Engineering is currently building a modern technology stack utilizing One Hero Web (OHW) technology to support All-Inclusive Resorts and other hotels that require a Custom design not supported by OHW today. With this new environment and growing demand, this role will serve as the liaison with Product, XD, & Software Engineering (SE) as well as Marketing, Content Operations, Legal, and Security to ensure alignment with the larger Tech organization.

More specifically, you will:


  • Manage day-to-day intake of requests from internal partners and coordinate implementation.
  • Work with leads to acquire estimates, provide ongoing support, and handle overall communication of requests.
  • Follow a delivery methodology that allows consistent delivery of projects and covers items such as scope definition, business requirements gathering from internal business partners, clear communication of the objectives to the internal design team, and timelines/associated achievements.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for internal partners, third party vendors.

Account Management & Operations

  • Continuously monitor and refine proper resource allocation and utilization.
  • Direct project timelines and resources in conjunction with the internal PMO team when vital.
  • Work with the Financial Reporting resources to ensure contracted work is reported accurately, bills are created, payments are received in a timely fashion, and any updates are communicated to partners.
  • Ensure processes and procedures are follow all business and financial rules.
  • Manage workflow, ensure quality of work, and streamline departmental procedures where applicable.

Demonstrate Effective Leadership Communication

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the team and internal partners.
  • Lead conference calls, webinars and meetings, which requires the level of tact and diplomacy deemed appropriate by the enterprise.
  • Proactive communication skills to move new ideas and enhance company strategic goals.
  • Handle email correspondence from internal partners, which requires prompt attention and, if necessary, appropriate resolution and/or escalation.
  • Acquire client feedback, clarify feedback from client and negotiate with client as needed.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of experience in Digital Technology or related field
  • Experience with large e-commerce and digital delivery
  • Available to work on global projects across multiple offices or remote locations
  • Superb communication, presentation, and storytelling skills

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  • In house creative agency or ad agency experience
  • Project management certification
