This position establishes and maintains employer group data and premium rates for small and large groups on all underwriting systems.
Enter new business, group wide changes and maintenance items into Facets, Prism, Group Crosswalk, Smart and the Tracking Log.
Prescreen work received from underwriters
System maintenance and special projects including, correcting incorrect conversion data, changing class plans for Automated Enrollment Processing groups and others.
Other duties as assigned by leadership.
High school graduate or GED required.
Two (2) years of college credit preferred with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Business Administration preferred.
One (1) year experience in a Membership, Billing or Customer Service unit having performed work in Facets or Prism OR two (2) years experience in a group enrollment environment.
Working knowledge of Facets required.
Ability to work on multiple tasks, following through to completion, with a high level of accuracy required.
High degree of complex evaluative, analytical, and problem solving skills insuring maintenance of data integrity required.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple project and timelines required.
Ability to work with minimum supervision required.
Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact with internal and external customers and all levels of the organization required.
Data entry requirement of 90 NKPM with 99% accuracy required.
Working knowledge of basic health maintenance organization processes preferred.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access preferred.
Basic knowledge of group administration workflows and procedures preferred.
