Job DescriptionMartino Planning Group, An Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC Franchise in Hauppauge, NY seeks to partner with an independent financial advisor for joint success. Federal Securities (Series 7 and 63,65 or 66 plus NYS Life and Health Insurance Licenses Required. Position available as full 1099 with competitive payouts, branded new office space and shared staff support or W2 with a draw and optional staff support. Windowed office or workstation is available. Deals are negotiable. Partnership with our practice as well as a full team of home office professional marketing and practice support experts both local and remote as well as training and coaching are available for you at no extra cost. Work alongside an independent advisor team with a high paced focus on success. Plug into and share marketing opportunities. Help deepen relationships with the lower end portion of our book for reassignment opportunities. Work on practice referrals and new leads from various marketing events and COIs in a collaborative way.The associate financial advisor will work directly with their own clients to help them achieve their financial goals. The employing franchise owner will lead you as you migrate your current book into the Ameriprise system and help hone your skills as you continue to build the book of clients which you service. Transition Bonus available at certain asset \u0026 GDC levels, no specific product sales requirements or targets except profitability.This partnership opportunity will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics, legal and regulatory requirements when dealing with others and/or performing marketing and work activities. This role provides client relationship support through managing, gathering and analyzing client data, helping prepare financial plans and other client deliverables, working with clients to resolve issues and other practice management tasks as needed, all as they pertain to YOUR clients you bring or attain while here. Your book is yours to take anytime or we will purchase it from you upon exit.
