The Role:

You'll be working on high priority analytics projects tied to Quality with the goal to:

Improve Quality performance

Expanding the Quality organization's digital transformation leveraging advanced analytics

In partnership with our lead modelers you'll apply:

Qualifications:

Preferred majors: statistics, mathematics, computer science, actuarial science, data analytics, operations research, industrial engineering, and/or economics

Ideal students have experience with programming languages like R, Python, SQL, Java, or SAS and some exposure to cloud analytics ecosystems.

Your Future Team:

The lean quality team's goal is to improve the customer's experience by making the distribution process most efficient, while reducing the amount of damaged goods to deliver the product on time. The team uses Lean principles to reduce waste and focus on continuous improvement. Additionally, the quality team develops new processes then trains employees.

You'll be mentored and led by both Quality and Advanced analytics. We believe you'll
enjoy this cross functional opportunity on these valuable projects.

Our advanced analytics team consists of 14 analysts, is growing team and receives projects and support from executive leadership. We are a tight-knit reciprocal group who enjoy spending time with each other in and out of work.
