Responsible for the management of one or more projects and project managers/engagement leaders contained within a defined geography or national practice.

Responsibilities
- Lead large, complex client engagements
- Serve as primary client contact for all project activities and relationship maintenance requiring minimal oversight.
- Build relationships with key client executives and maintains strong post-engagement relationships introducing new opportunities accordingly.
- Manage the engagement scope and client expectations.
- Serve as the Netsmart executive for escalation of engagement related issues, service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Lead development of technology and solution roadmap in alignment with client imperatives
- Lead the training/mentoring of Project Managers on the Practice Leader track.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve client health.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 8 years in software HIT implementations and project management
- At least 2 years of people management experience
- Ability to make good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward
- Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills and negotiation skills

Preferred
- CertifiedAssociate in Project Management (CAMP) or Project Management Professional certification (PMP)
