Job Title: NGR Operator

Pay: $17.50 per hour + $1.00 night shift premium

Hours: 8:00pm to 8:00am - rotating schedule (example: work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, off 2 days, work 2 days, off 3 days)

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Middletown, OH

The NGR Operator is responsible for operating an Erema recycling machine. The operator feeds all disposed recyclable material from Gaylords in an efficient manner. The operator is also responsible to identify defects in product and remove prior to feeding the machine. The candidate must possess the mechanical ability to troubleshoot, perform minor maintenance and be able to work independently with little supervision. The operator must also understand the functions, settings, and mechanics of the machine.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Separate product streams

- Read and comprehend work instructions

- Complete all required paperwork completely and accurately

- Maintain budgeted resin levels

- Ability to analyze control screen data and initiate improvements based on readings

- Capable of changing screens and blades

- Identify E-stops and safety-sensitive areas

- Ensure aisles are clear of bins and remain unobstructed

- Other duties as assigned.

Successful candidates must be able successfully pass a background, drug screen and physical testing.

In addition, candidates will be required to complete a Mechanical Aptitude test during the interviewing process.
