Project & Program Associate, DIB

Responsibilities
Coordinate project support activities, including:
Manage and schedule meetings, attend as needed to capture notes and action items
Manage global event calendar for DIB
Manage membership lists for DIB
Manage distribution of DIB newsletter
Compile and report on project related metrics and KPIs
Process purchase orders
Track budget and spending
Extract new hires name and create a mailing list
Monitor email alias inboxes and respond to employee questions
Manage DIB email aliases
Manage Microsoft Teams folders for DIB
Assist in creating PowerPoint presentation slides
Update web pages
Assist in set up and management of event sign up lists for participants and facilitators
Qualifications
Entry level / degree or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Must have 1-2 years’ experience with administrative responsibilities
Must be able to demonstrate transferable proficiency for administrative tasks
Proficient in basic business and productivity software, including Microsoft Share Point, Power Point, Excel and Teams
Hands-on experience with documentation, and schedules
Ability to work with basic data analysis
Willingness to do independent research and work in a team environment
Must be able to multi-task and organize
PowerPoint slide creation skills is a plus
