We have opportunities for a Division Leader in our Collections group. This position will manage a team of between 100 -120 employees, including approximately 8 Team Leaders

Our Collections group creates and delivers the right solutions by partnering with our customers to provide the right solutions for delinquent credit card accounts.

  • Expert experience using Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools

Work schedules vary and could include a schedule that includes working in the evening and on the weekend.

Qualifications:


  • Requires minimum of five years management experience. Prefer experience managing other Team Leaders
  • Requires previous financial experience
  • Collections experience preferred
  • Experience in a large department or group within an Operations function strongly preferred
  • Must be willing to work in an environment that requires phone-based customer interaction
  • Advanced proficiency with computer functions strongly preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
